Prescriptions are called in to the local pharmacies at the end of the day. Prescriptions will be ready at 5:00 p.m. to be picked up at the medical office. It is important to keep accurate records in your chart so please try to keep all prescription refill calls directed to the office.

TEST RESULTS
-
Waiting for the results of medical tests is never easy. Some tests take longer to process. We will always call you immediately if your test results indicate a problem. If the tests are normal or not urgent, we will usually wait until your next appointment to discuss the results in person. However, if you are anxious to know your results, by all means call us! Our nurse will be happy to talk with you about your test.
-
EMERGENCY AND AFTER HOURS CARE
-
Dr. Weirick provides medical coverage
24 hours a day, seven days a week. If medical attention is
needed after hours or on weekends, please go to the Laurens
County Hospital Emergency Room or call the Laurens County
Hospital operator at 833-9100 and ask to have the doctor on call
for PIM paged.
-
FEES
-
The cost of your visit will depend upon the different medical
services you need. A fee schedule is available for your
review. As a courtesy, our office staff will be happy to file
with your health insurance on your behalf. Please feel free to
ask any questions concerning this process. If you are
encountering financial difficulties, please discuss this in
advance with our billing clerk so alternate payment arrangements may be
made.
Fees for services that we render remain the responsibility of
the patients or their care giver. We request that charges be
paid at the time services are rendered unless alternate
arrangements have been made in advance.
